Jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction for the purchaser and APH Swiss Design AG Zürich / Switzerland. All terms of agreement between APH Swiss Design AG and the purchasing part is regulated by Swiss law.
Area of Application
Our terms and conditions are applied to all products offered for sale on this site. By submitting an order a purchaser will accept our General Terms and Conditions. Any deviations to these terms and conditions require written consent.
Delivery
A customer is creating an order by filling out the order form on our Web site and sending it to us. Wintcor accepts the order by delivering the ordered goods. Deliveries are done to the shipping address entered by the customer. Deliveries are normally received within 4 - 7 working days dependent on selected delivery condition. If an article is temporarily out of stock there can be a delivery time of up to 14 days. If an item has been permanently removed from our assortment we reserve the right to not deliver due to unavailability. We will inform you immediately if this is the case. A delivery abroad (outside of Switzerland) is only possible for certain countries. (Please contact us before placing an order.)
Prices
Prices are gross prices valid in Switzerland (CHF and EUR) including VAT (VAT-Number 672 510) but excluding shipping cost. The valid price is the price at the time of the order. For orders outside of Switzerland net prices will be calculated (without VAT). VAT may be charged by the customs and separately charged dependent on customs regulations. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the order. For orders outside of Switzerland there may be different conditions. (Please contact us before placing an order.)

Returns / Exchanges
We give a refund for goods returned in unused condition within 30 days. Please always contact us by phone or email before returning any goods to us. The term of return is determined by a timely return of the goods (date of postal stamp). The right of return is only under condition that the goods are returned in unused and brand new condition. The goods is considered to be unused if no traces of usage can be detected and is returned in an intact original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the return postage is sufficient. After receipt of the returned goods under the conditions above we will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost for the return.
Warranty
Defect or damaged goods will be replaced by a replacement delivery if the customer contacts us within 3 days after delivery. Please always contact us by phone or email before returning any goods to us. The term of the warranty is determined by a timely return of the goods (date of postal stamp). The defect goods must be returned in its original packaging. After receipt of the defect goods under the conditions above we will refund the shipping cost for the return and ship a replacement product.
