Returns / Exchanges

We give a refund for goods returned in unused condition within 14 days. Please always contact us by phone or email before returning any goods to us.  The term of return is determined by a timely return of the goods (date of postal stamp). The right of return is only under condition that the goods is returned in unused and brand new condition. The goods is considered to be unused if no traces of usage can be detected and is returned in an intact original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the return postage is sufficient. After receipt of the returned goods under the conditions above we will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost for the return.

Warranty

Defect or damaged goods will be replaced by a replacement delivery if the customer contacts us within 3 days after delivery. Please always contact us by phone or email before returning any goods to us. The term of the warranty is determined by a timely return of the goods (date of postal stamp). The defect goods must be returned in its original packaging. After receipt of the defect goods under the conditions above we will refund the shipping cost for the return and ship a replacement product.
